Sims FreePlay Crashing

My app is crashing when I try to click on select sims. It does not do it for all sims, just a select few. The issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks. I have updated the app, closed and opened the app, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and checked for game and device updates. I am not getting any help from support. What else can I do?
