Sims FreePlay doesn’t connect to Facebook

Log out of FB in your game

Delete the FB app from your device

Login to FB in your game using a browser rather than the app

If you can connect that way, you can reinstall the FB app on your device

If this does not work

Log out of FB in your game

Delete the app permission for SFP on FB

The down arrow icon top right on FB

Settings

Apps and websites

Remove Sims FreePlay

(possible delete the FB app from your device)

Login to FB from your game, give new permissions to the game

(if successful, reinstall the FB app)

If that doesn't work either, contact support

Thank you! I deleted the facebook app from my phone and then logged into facebook via a web browser through SimsFreeplay. This worked. Now i need real world neighbors, because my others disappeared.
