Sim's Freeplay has problems with adding sims to town

Sim's Freeplay has problems with adding sims to town, it won't register it in my quest for the week though ive added 3 new sims. Also, when I go to take a drive I am getting NO coins! Please fix ASAP!!

    Same here. I have added two sims this week and it didn't register either.
