I actually already do this but my list of houses start at over 3million and go up into the dozens and more millions, its almost 2million for me just to build a empty lot. All the buildings are just way too expensive and the money you get back for everything is just not worth the hit your simoleons take when doing this. They just need to let us chose what we want to spend our money on, its our money afterall, either they give us better shops or we stop spending. That's just where I stand on it. If they want us to buy content we should at least get to chose our content.
