Sims Freeplay STUCK AT LEVEL 10

Your sims will gain experience, doing tasks and going to work, if their needs are maxed out to green. I noticed your sim in the screenshot has most of her needs halfway down. You can also buy higher star appliances, TVs, and other items to help increase their needs faster. If you're still having problems you will need to contact support. You can do this by clicking on the game menu and then clicking on the question mark. It will bring up a form for you to fill out.
