Sims Freeplay STUCK AT LEVEL 10

I've been stuck at Level 10 on my Sims Freeplay. What to do?

Did EA fixed your problem? Coz' I'm having the same problem stuck in level 10

    Before contacting the tech support team, make sure to upload your game save to the cloud. Then uninstall and reinstall the game as it may help. Make sure to not change your device settings as it can cause issues with the game mechanics.
