Connect to FB, GooglePlay (android) and/or Game Center (apple)

Save to cloud

This way you should be able to save your progress to your account and transfer it to another device

If you ask support to delete your account - the only way to do it is to ask them

There is no way to get it back even if you have the Player ID

You can find your Player ID by tapping the Green ... button

Bottom of the screen

or Green ... >info>  about> scoll all the way down

You should grab a screen of your Player ID and keep it safe

like a bank account number

if you are locked out and need support having the Player ID will help

Hi, thanks for the advice I’m sorry about the confusion. I need to delete the app, not my account, from my iPhone but am far in the game so don’t want to lose my progress. In the past when I deleted it I lost progress that’s why I’m reaching out this time to see if there’s a way to save it. 

If you want to transfer the game to a different device, saving it to the cloud using a connected account should do it

The  cloud > upload save data

once you get the game on a new device

you connect the game to the same account(s) you used

and use The cloud to downlowd

Please note that if you are transfering from Android to Apple or vice versa, your game needs to be connected to FB

As Google Play and Game Center are exclusive to Android and Apple, respectivly

But just to be sure, grab that Player ID in case you need support to help you
