I built the road to the Eco Center in SimSprings but I still can't do any activities. I can send Sims to the location and even talk toothed developer dude as though I were doing one of the required activities for the first day, but it doesn't count. The menu still says build the road (see screen shot). And before anyone tells be to do a ticket, I've tried. The so called online support for technical issues led me to this forum and firemonkeys, which according to their automated email response, they no longer provide support.What do I do? The days are counting down and I don't want to miss the rewards because of a glitch.

@0g9g2f4aqlrx Thanks for your post. This is unfortunately a bug. We will get more information when the developers have a fix for this issue. Just to make things clear, there is no in-game option to delete a road or reverse any actions on Sims Freeplay.

@SalixCat I didnt do anything. It started working on its own.The road is still not there but I was able to continue with the tasts after the timer ended

Hello everyone! We have an update on this issue. Once the 7 day timer runs out it should resume as normal with the day 1 tasks. Glad it worked for you @hofericka 🙌

hello, so i built the road to a new sim springs lot... the house is there but the quests didnt unlock and it keeps saying to build the road but when i click on it ... it doesnt take me anywhere and i cant move forward

Darn, me too, I also sent feedback through the in-game online support system and they told me to come here and submit a ticket. I got stuck the exact same way: "Build Road to Lot" button, none of the tasks I did count, and the countdown timer is still counting down as I'm typing this. I really don't want to miss the prize because of this bug......any solutions?

Not sure why I'm not allowed to edit my original reply so I'm writing another one here. I'm playing the game on my iPad (iPad Pro, 11-inch 1st gen), system version is iPadOS 17.4 and the app version is 5.83.0. The bug was found on Mar 7th, 2024. Hope these helps.
