Sir Moleons Savings

Hi I purchased Sir Moleons Savings and did not receive the simoleons. Once purchased it says this will be the last one. The money came out my account but I did not receive simoleons. I tried contacting EA to no prevail and if you request a refund from the Google play store you can no longer use the app. Smdh. Any suggestions.
