Social boat in default neighbor

The task star gaze or cloud watch with a telescope at a neighbor, I'm unable to find one. Since not being on Facebook, coming here as helped so I don't use all of my LP coins. Thanks

    You can find a telescope in Another Simtown at the house on the right in the picture below.
