something is wrong!!

Hi, my name is Ashlii. I am a huge sims fan 😃!! I have the sims freeplay for my kindle fire and I seem to be missing my neighbor count icon. My sister has the game also and she has the little purple icon with the number of neighbors she has and I don't. We do have the same game I just don't understand. Please help.
