Tbh the lack of communications and acknowledgement across social medias is more frustrating than anything

All this says to me is that eventually anyone with an older device won’t be able to keep up with all the junk they keep adding so this day was coming one way or another. The lack of updates or any communication at all regarding these issues is very telling. It’s not going to be hard to say goodbye.

I think this is a problem between Apple and EA and the way graphics are handled. From what I understand from a friend of mine, the 26.4 ios update changed the way graphics are handled. That’s why my older Apple devices can’t play Sims Freeplay now but my brand new Apple A16 IPad can with very few problems. Apple updated our devices and EA put out an update about the same time. This isn’t an easy problem to fix. We just have to try and be patient. They will figure it out because they know many of us are counting on them including me and they have always come through in the past 13 years I’ve been here.

Same.
I’d like to be able to get into the game to continue playing.
At this point I’m stuck waiting on someone else to fix the problem.
