I updated to the new version, and now my Sims in the mall are waving their arms for me to tap on them to complete the hobby item collection, but the bubble hasn't shown up, so they're trapped. Does anyone know how to reset a Sim or any other solution?
Im currently in the beginning of the sunset mall discovery quest. When I go to investigate the strange noise, the action bubble isn’t there so I cant complete the task. Any help ?

Hey everyone, I found a fix that helped me when my Sim was stuck during the Catwalk Hobby.
Go to the mall, rotate the camera until you're behind the Sim, then zoom in as much as possible. Try tapping directly on the Sim's head, lower back, or feet.
It worked for me, so hopefully it works for you too! 😊
