My names Sharlandria my sims Coco Bryson has been stuck all day since this morning. She stuck on the runway. I can't unstuck her. I tried and tried. Nothing working please help me. Thank you.

I have 4 Sims stuck bowling and one stuck on the modeling runway at the mall. Haven’t been able to send them to work for 2 days. I have been informed that they are working on a fix for this issue. Hope they get it fixed soon!
