Sunset Mall - Unable to interact with ground floor activities

So I updated my game and had my sim hanging out doing the catwalk hobby and I logged in and now the entire first floor of the mall (minus the hamburger place and the juice bar) is completely stuck, none of the icons are appearing and I can’t tap on anything except the escalators. My sim is completely stuck and the exclamation point is not showing up above its head and I can’t tap on literally anything in the mall. Please help me
