Sunset Mall - Unable to interact with ground floor activities

I just recently bulid the mall in my Sims town I recently just started the mall task I bought something from the mall that task was completed I did the invite crush to the mall after that was complet...

I'm also currently facing the same issue. My sims are done with the bowling action, but the overhead exclamation mark doesn't show. So they are practically stuck there, which puts me at a disadvantage too because I need them
