Sunset mall

I downloaded a sims freeplay money cheat, and it worked fine. The next day I get on finish some quests and play as normal. I then am able to unlock the mall, and I'm super excited. The only problem was, it crashed when I tried to get to the mall. I then thought it was a simple glitch and shut down my tablet, and turned it back on. I tried going to the mall again and it crashed still. So I then think that I need to do more quests before I go to the mall. So I finish more quests, and I clicked back into the mall, and it still crashed! I kept trying to get in like probably 23 time that day, and then gaveup. I wake up this morning thinking that it might have been a one day thing. It wasn't. why the mall? Its like all our favorte place? It might be my tablet. so I'm gonna try tech support but, it is something wrong with my game for sure.
