Super Yacht and Downtown Buildings

Hi,

         Firstly I am new to this so please excuse an errors.

I think it is almost a year since I completed the Super Yacht Fantasia task, but upon trying to open it I got and still do get the message "Not so fast, you need to finish building your other house first" 

I thought this was due to the Downtown Building task not being finished, since then I have completed all, my Simdex shows ever building and houses are 100%. Yet again 3 building will not open and I get the same message as above.

I have contacted the online support but after almost a year I get a message from them offering me Sims currencies as they are not able to correct these errors, only to say, we can only add on in game currencies.

Also there are no dogs, cats , puppies, kittens and the new Llama which was added on completion of Rustic Acres.

Sorry for being long winded I hope some of you can help.
