Super Yacht and Downtown Buildings

Can you build homes on standard or premium lots? If you get the same error message, there may be a location waiting for the final tap. Did you look at the locations in the Sea Voyager boat? There are plenty of places to build, but since they’re hidden behind the boat, it’s easy to forget them.  

Did you try to install the game on a different device? 

I thank you for your reply, as I said above my Simdex tells me everything is at 100%, I have gone through every single item in my Simdex and it says everything is 100%. I cannot look at the locations on the Fantasea Super Yacht as it will not open.

The error message “"Not so fast, you need to finish building your other house first" has nothing to do with the Simdex. Usually it means we started building a house, but didn’t finish it by doing the final tap.  That’s why I asked, whether you can build homes on standard or premium lots. If you can’t, there’s probably a house you started building, but didn’t finish. In that case all you can do is looking through all different areas of your town, watching out for a pulsing house icon at any lot. If you found one, finish that building and try again to build the Fantasea. 
If you can build a home on any other lot and just not the Fantasea, I don’t know what else you could try. I also don’t know what’s up with your pet store. I didn’t read about that issue before.

Once again thank you for your reply, perhaps it would have been better for me to show you my progress report rather than Simdex. According to my Progress report again everything is 100%.

In reference to the pet store problem are you able to buy certain pets especially the new Sheep / Llama on completion of Rustic Acres task.

The Progress report shows 37 of 37 house lots. These are 23 Standard and Premium lots in Main Town, 11 Premium and Houseboat lots on Mystery Island, 3 2-story Penthouse Apartments Downtown. In total 37 house lots.

But there are way more lots you could build on which are not shown in that report. You’ve completed Rocky Heights where there are 3 Standard lots and an Extra Large lot, you’ve at least completed Sandy Suburbs with 4 Standard lots, if not all parts of Sim Springs. Downtown has 2-story and 3-story Penthouse Apartment lots.

Anywhere in your town might be one home you have started building, but didn’t finish with the final tap. You can only find it by looking through all areas in your town. The green icon would be pulsing.

Regarding the Pet Store: Yes, I can buy all cats, dogs, puppies, kittens and all others that I’ve unlocked including the sheep.

Correction:  In the meantime I found out, the locations in the Sea Voyager boat don’t effect building of home lots. Sorry for confusion.

My progress report shows 37/37 House Lots and 47/47 Buildings, I have searched the entire town, islands, downtown and there are no pulsing green icons. 

I must be brain dead in terms of pets as I have solved that.
