Support broken

contacted support about the patio quest glitching at 96 percent. Now when I log on to the app my entire chat to support won’t load. I’ve emailed you. I’m just exhausted up with the lack of support from ea. I’m now lodging a formal complaint to the office of fair trading. I’ve paid real money and can no longer progress as the quest is stuck. Not being able to contact you is awful service. I want a refund.
