I sent a message to firemonkeys. They told me to reinstalled the app but make sure to save it in cloud. I tried it 3 times but it's still the same which is frustrating because the quest is near in it's time limit and I'm scared to purchase vip if it's still not going to work. Then they send me this.

At this stage we don't have a timeline for an official fix. We understand that this may not be ideal but, due to the rarity and difficulty in reproducing the issue, it may take some time.
