My game crashes after this last update

I would love a solution to this. I love the Sims game and spent so much time and effort to not being able to play.

 I log on see the beginning sometime click on resident or sims and the game kicks me off. I’ve cleared my cache and history and deleted and opened again. Says do you want to start a new game or saved game. I want my game not start over.
