we are players just like you are, we do not work for EA or Firemonkeys. we can not go into your game and fix it in a legal way - like support can. we can only give advice
hardclose and restart game. check your device date/time settings, turn off any VPN if you use that. turn off and on your device. switch to another device, preferable with a different OS. try a different wifi
