The Arts and Crafts event (The event tab not showing up)

I am on the newest update which is the  spring canyon update. With the Crayon tabs being the same as the arts and crafts event. When the arts and crafts event showed up with a 10 day time limited. I was alright about it until it did not show the art and craft tabs on the top left corner. Which that means I would not be able to finish the event with is fustrating. I try mostly everything to get on the home tab, going in the Sale for it and the one that  shows when you are in a property. 

I really hope you could fix this situation by adding an second part to that art and crafts tabs or place it under the another event.

I am willing if people can give me ideas how to get in it as it really annoying and frustrating. Thank you.
