The sims freeplay in game updates

I recently downloaded, made it to the point of needing an in game update. I can't update with only mobile data, it automatically redirects me to turn on and use wifi. I do not have wifi, I wish to use...

That makes no sense to me, if I pay for unlimited 4g LTE, I should be able to use it for whatever I please. I don't really go places with wifi, and I'm not in school. complete bs

Hi @Alyacam13,

I undestand ☹️ , but this is a limitation set by Apple for iOS and it happens with all the apps in the Apple Store, The Sims Freeplay is not an exception and there's nothing we can do.

It doesn't make a difference that I have android not Apple I assume?

  On my iPhone in the settings I can switch to use cellular data for downloads and apps. By doing that I do not need to use wifi to download sims FP updates. You might want to check your settings on your android.

  My mistake, @Alyacam13, sorry, I assumed you were on iOS because as far as I knew, Android didn't have that restriction. Please, try to change your settings in Settings - Data usage - Set mobile data limit.
