[The Sims FreePlay Version 5.24.0] SimTown Express Mission Problem

I am stuck in this mission. I can't complete the task "watch train demonstration", because when I take a sim to the park and click on the train (which is in the park), none of my sims can do it! I alr...

    Found the answer on Facebook. Go back to one of the sims house until you find Thomas or whatever the train kids name is. Once you do and then go back to the park and you should be able to click the bubble. It worked for me

Thanks for the details folks. Can you make sure to upload you save to the cloud then try to uninstall and reinstall the game completely? Hopefully it will help. Otherwise I can't think of another solution than contacting support.
