the sims freeplay

I started a time ago a Doctor career on the hospital, but IDK WHY I didn’t end the special person task and I removed the sim from the job, and now I have no specialist to end this. Also I need to complete my task to turn up my lvl and I cannot bcs I'M STUCKED. There's a way to remove this ppl or even reset the carrer?

Start a new specialist

Do not delete a professional worker until they reached the level you want

or you have to make a new specialist and re-earn all the badges for level up

By quitting a job multiple times, it will lower their work level
