I have asked you twice to contact support if none of my suggestions worked
What did support say?
If the items you have unlocked are truely missing, you should ask for compensation if they can not give you the stuff
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
