i just deleted the sims free game from my iPhone and installed it again. Now i want to log in with facebook so i could restore my game. but i still get this message. My tracking is On, so why do i st...

    iOS 14.5.1 seems to have fixed the issue for some

    if you can, update your iPhone/iPad to 14.5.1

The problem continues! I’m on the latest iOS, latest versions of Facebook and Sims FreePlay. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. My Facebook settings show Sims is active and set to friends. Tracking is on. I still get the tracking message and cannot connect to Facebook! Help, EA!

@lisheepoo They said it’s an issue and that they are working on it.. that was a few weeks ago...😭😭😭

    I wish EA would just get away from connecting with Facebook altogether, ugh, I have a game I haven’t been able to access in years!
