To log in with Facebook, please enable Tracking in your Apple iOS settings

iOS 14.5.1 seems to have fixed the issue for some

if you can, update your iPhone/iPad to 14.5.1

@minicha-em On my other phone I started e new game a few weeks ago this one has ios 14.1 sims version 5.59.0..
Here i see the tracking in the free play setting

I’ve had my game since 2011.

I don’t have the option to turn tracking on. To have to start again is devastating.

any ideas/ updates?

    I am having the same problem and have for a long time. I have my tracking on, but it says that I don't and won't let me login thru Facebook. I cannot connect with my friends. I can on my iphone ok, but not my ipad. I can't see with my iphone very well because it is so much smaller and would rather use my Ipad. PLEASE FIX!!!!
