Trailhog truck not showing at sims house

I finished the influence island where you get free trailhog trucks. I allocated them to one of my sims homes. But when i visit the sims the truck doesn't show at the house. But when i check the car dealer its telling me the sims has the truck. I have reinstalled the game and crash started it but nothing works
