Update installed incorrectly

I cannot sign on to my Sims FreePlay because the update installed incorrect. How can it be fixed?

I have been experiencing the same problem for the past 24+ hours. And because it can’t load, I can’t connect to support other than on the EA site, and they have not replied to me.
