So tried the suggestion of relocating a family to the building that is crashing my game. Was able to relocate a Sim and then when I tried to see him, the game crashed. Now I could not even get in to game as it crashed every time I tried. Deleted the game and re installed it. Able to relocate that sim back to where he lived but still unable to go in to building. My choice is just to ignore the wedding venue building or delete, which is frustrating as I had to do a quest to get the building, so not like I can replicate it! This is the second “quest” building I am unable to now use.
