I am on level 48 where previously I was rewarded 1 sim capacity on multiple different levels and accomplishments when completing Sims Springs. Right now my lot capacity is 11 and it should be 15 and my household size is 6 but should be 8-10.
Lot limit is 11, since the 11th birthday update, previously 10 per lot limit, why do you think it should be 15? Do you have a screen grab of the game telling you this? If so, can you upload it?
Family limit is 6 at VIP 14, why do you think it should be higher? Do you have a screen grab of the game telling you anything else?
The +2 per House at VIP 14 means that your total number of household members have increased by 2 from base level (4 per household/family during level progression), to the right you see +1 telling you that it is one more for VIP 14, first Additional sim per house occured on VIP 5
There is a difference between Additional sim per house(hold) and Additional sim per town. At VIP 15 you should have 40 something per town and 6 per house, limit is still 11 per lot

If the house cap is 6 and lot is cap at 11, why reward additional sims in progressing levels?
In my original post I stated where I was rewarded 1additional sims in progressing capacity based in my achievements in the game. This was done on multiple occasions however, my cap have not increased.
I am currently VIP 15 on level 50 and have completed all previous levels. Here is a snippet of my rewards to expect when reaching level 51. This is why I am expecting my sim cap to increase. I’ve been playing this game for years and very aware of the differences between additional sims per house and per town. I am only asking because the game is still advising sims cap and done so numerous of times.
The player’s towns on the other forums are probably on VIP 15 and at least Player Level 60.
The lot cap 11 is maxed out for your Player Level 50. Reaching level 58 will unlock one and level 60 another. Then you can have 13 Sims on a lot. This is the max for all towns.
How many Sims can live in a house depends on your VIP and on your Player level. Your VIP is maxed out, but there are some more Player Levels to achieve. Level 57 and 59 each will unlock one more household Sim. I don’t know how many are allowed at VIP 15. With VIP 11 and Player Level 65 it’s 7.
The Sim cap for your town will also increase as you level up.
