I suspect the device or the download
Factory reset and download everything again would be my advice but I understand if you're reluctant to do so
Or try on another device - I still do not know what device you are using but some older Apple and Kindle Fires are known to have freezing problems
If you are using an unauthorized platform like Blustacks, that might be the issue.

I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)

No I appreciate your help. I knew once they said to contact you guys that it wasn’t fixable, the same as the previous ones weren’t. Do not need the lot right now so will try to open the venue a few more times and then delete if I can’t.
