Why can’t I proceed with my renovations after purchasing rocky hill

Question

I keep getting a message saying I’m not able to proceed with the new quest because I have to complete the one I’m doing which I am not. I was allowed to purchase the Rocky Hill quest but now I’m not able to proceed any further. I know these quests are timed and I don’t want to lose my ability to move forward because of this issue. Please help. In case this matters I did recently do the midtown quest and completed it so I’m not in the middle of anything else at this moment.

I am also having the same issue. It’s super annoying because I cannot do anything. I cannot even renovate in sims springs either since this update.&nbsp;
