Why only 4 sims per house? (This place is too crowded)

Can the EA devs remove that house limit? Why am I NOT allowed to have families larger than 4 members? I have 3 adults and 1 kid staying in 1 house and when I tried to make the second kid, it didn't work it said "this place is too crowded". First I thought it was because of having 3 adults so I kicked out one adult, I had the second kid and then I tried to have the third kid. Nope still same issue, so my question is why do we have to have a 4 sims per house limit?

Am I in China's 1 child policy or something?? All of this despite having 2 extra floors to my house and lots of bedrooms?! Whats the point of having these huge houses if I can't enlarge my sims families??

Please listen to my advice and make this change. It shouldn't be too hard. Just raise the limit from 4 to 12. 4 sims per floor or something.
