Why the zombie decree don't appear anymore in the castle option?

I can only make a decree once?or i have to wait some days so it will appear again? because i made Sims walk like zombies but i changed the decree to some other decree and now the zombie decree option doesn't appear anymore,is it lost forever?

what game is this about?

I dont recall a zombie in the sims freeplay

if there is one, it is tied to a costume - you just put on the costume (it might be limited to a certain category, like male adult, meaning there can not be any teen or female zombies)

if this is about another sims game, I can move the post to the right board
