Windows Phone Support.

Hi. I understand that EA is no longer supporting the Sims Freeplay for Windows Phone. However, your online store functions without fail when we cannot even backup to the cloud. What message is EA sending? Why shouldn't a user (especially one who has spent money in your online store) not be able to back up his game saves and transfer it to another device or platform? Not supporting for future updates and patches is one thing, but preventing a user from securing time and money spent on this game is an insult to Sim newbies and fanatics alike.

Bring back cloud backups please.
