Zero Bonus time rewards

I lost the chances for the bonus time rewards three times in a row now in just a week or less! The finger painting one for the pop up book, the puppy pal poodle and the baby onesies. And I do not see an update for the sims free play app. Nor did I receive any helpful responses to the first email I wrote about the finger painting one ending after two days. Just that they're aware and it's being investigated. Didn't think this was going to affect other quest events!
