Zero Bonus time rewards

I lost the chances for the bonus time rewards three times in a row now in just a week or less! The finger painting one for the pop up book, the puppy pal poodle and the baby onesies. And I do not see ...

      Apparently this has become a huge problem for some players. You will need to contact support either through the "question mark" in the game menu or at this link.
