Issue with a deceased SIM still being assigned to a house

A SIM couple of mine got married, and moved into a house together. When this happened, one of them remained assigned to the home she owned as a single person. I thought I may be able to remedy this by killing her off. I want to demolish the house that she is assigned to, (and so stubbornly hanging into possession of. )

Any thoughts on how to get rid of her? I mean, I’ve already killed her, and that didn’t work. I really want to demolish that house.  hrm?
