Cannot Download Marketplace Content
I recently got a new computer that finally has the space and such to run games again. I installed the EA app, I see my order history in my EA account when I login. I downloaded the Sims 4 base game. I cannot see any of my purchased content.
I chatted in, followed the instructions to go to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection - I understand you're supposed to check the check boxes or "select all" to do this, but I don't see those options at all. I tried clearing cache, repairing the app, etc. This is what I see. It shows that I own these, but that they are "not installed" and seems to give no indication on how to do so.
Not sure if it matters but I purchased all in 2018 originally in Origin and this is my first foray into the EA app. I am playing on a Mac (a brand new MacBook Air)
