Creator Packs Not Working?

I bought a handful of the new creator packs the other day, and they initially worked fine, but the game crashed and when I reloaded it (after fighting to get the game to open at all on my steam deck) the new content was gone from build mode. One of the CAS packs I bought is working but none of the others are, either CAS or Build Mode. I can't figure it out. It says they're downloaded. I can't redownload. They're all enabled, I checked. I just can't see them in game. 

Anyone else had this issue and figured it out? I'm really frustrated. This was my first time buying in the new marketplace and I don't trust it now.
