Issue with collections purchased through moola

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for help because I’m having an issue with my recent purchases for The Sims 4. I bought a few packs using in-game currency (I used "moola"), but after the purchase, they weren’t properly registered in my EA account.

Details of the issue:

Missing from the library: Despite the purchase confirmation, the collections do not appear as “Owned” in the EA app, and I cannot download or install them.

Issue with a specific set: One of the collections — the DIY Workshop— does not work at all, even though it appears as unlocked in the game. Items from this collection (kitchen stuff) is not for use, they can't fix them. 

(I dont use mods)
