I am missing content that I purchased with Moola. I bought several Maker Packs, but they do not appear in my game or under Manage Storage.
The Moola were purchased through Steam, and the packs were purchased from the official web store.
Could you please help me recover this purchased content or investigate why it is not appearing in my game?

Just to confirm, are you signing in to the same account you used to purchase the Maker Packs? And do you see the packs under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection?
If you haven't already, it might be worth clearing the EA App's cache, or verifying game files on Steam if you're launching the base game through Steam, and checking afterward whether those packs appear under Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage or Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection.
