Maker packs / Gallery issues : XBOX

I’ve started creating a family in CAS and I’m holding them in the library. I’ve used content from the maker packs I’ve bought but now my game freezes when I try to download the family from the gallery. My maker packs are fully reinstalled as well so I just am so confused
