I bought 3 packs.
I can download them in game but can't find them in the manage game outside of game
Downloading them in game doesn't give them to me in game
When I try to start my game it either tells me the packs are missing or crashes the whole game
I've tried all the advice things, I've reset everything, deleted cache, redownloaded the whole game and add ons I have from before and all of them work
I just can not get the makers packs to work at all

Yes, and downloaded. But when they are enabled and downloaded the game crashed.
If I clear cache and reload. They are no longer downloaded, or enabled.
Community ManagerAre you seeing an error message or error code when this happens?
No it just black screens when it crashes and sends me back to the Xbox homescreen
Maker packs are pointless then if they are crashing or causing issues for your game
