It will be possible to build second and third floor on any of our houses.
Second floor permit
20 000 Simoleons for players level 14 and above.
Third floor permit
80 000 Simoleons for player...

It wouldn't let me do the tutorial on my main lot. Also thats odd that they say "its on them" when its not free.

EA QV Team@whackywhippet234 Could you try something for me? Can you see if you're able to follow the tutorial normally on whatever lot it's on, and when it comes to the point where it asks you to buy the floor for 20K Simoleons, just choose "No Thanks" instead (like you see in @SalixCat's screenshot).
After that, you can try and change lots and add the second floor to your main lot.
@EA_Kipling it hasn't came back since the tutorial popped up on my 2nd lot but it still keeps reminding me that i havea 2nd floor to buy with that red dot/ star.
@EA_Kipling instead of giving my player id, I'll show u what i mean. The red dots always appear after i open the game. I also purchased the 2nd floor now but, it keeps reminding me that its there. Im super annoyed by it.
