@givememore86 If the event starts the 16th, my guess is we will have an update that day. I hope it includes bug fixes that include a solution to the reset bug. I don't think it's a good idea to uninstall your game.
Are you waiting for instructions about what to do? Maybe you can ask.

@SalixCat. I would ask, but I don't know who to ask, and I don't have a connection to any of the EA people like you do. So I'm asking you. I guess I will not uninstall and reinstall. I'm just going to be devastated if I'm still stuck at level six after I update my game and nothing happens. If I lose my game completely and they can't fix it or help me then I'm stuck and then I can't play the game anymore. 😥
In the meantime I changed my avatar to reflect how I feel. I wish they had the Grim Reaper avatar but I guess the skeleton will have to do. ☠💀🦴🤣

Hm i am gonna make it this time probably without the golden ticket because i do not want this grand price so badly...
The female hair has a nice name....i wanted mermaid hair but this is not what i wished sadly....
Some of the royal box tokens are nice...well i will see how it works then.

@givememore86 I believe you said you have an open ticket with EA CS, so that is what I meant when I suggested you to ask someone 🙂 You should contact them in order to get instructions. That's what I would do.

We used @AzSolo's saves extensively for testing, don't worry though, your save is still nice and intact, waiting for you to contact @EAHelp once you get the next update, for a restore.- 5 years ago
@SalixCat. LMAO I just checked my ticket on EA and they closed my case.
My game is still messed up. Hopefully Firemonkeys will get everyone caught up to date in a few hours when they start their workweek.
I hope that they reach you and the other Game Changers and give you an update so you can inform everyone what to do because I know I'm not the the only one in this predicament. 🙂I am going to try tomorrow hopefully customer service will be in the office and I will try to talk to someone on the phone I'm just hoping that can get a good rollback for me. I'd rather get the rollback before I update. Because if I don't STS will start and that will kick in the trigger of the event if I open my game. They used to have the update a few days before the STS comes in, I do not understand with all the problems that everyone is facing that they are making the update the same day as the STS. It makes no sense. I agree with Rainey in what she said on Twitter that getting the game functional is much more important than STS, and I know I'm not the only one who thinks that. They honestly should have started the STS a few days after the update so that everyone can be on the same page.
