For me personally, I'm not going to download the update until they talk about the reset glitch to the affected players because either way I am going to set off the STS if I open up my game. I need to be assured that I get the full amount of days to complete STS and also be assured compensation and that all my items will be there.

It's a joke at this point. Everyone else got their game back, except me. At least I think so, I could be wrong, I don't know. I'm just being vocal about it on this site.

I see that I am no longer logged into my EA account.
I logged back in, friend's are still gone.
They must have been childhood friends. Now I guess I have to make some adulthood friends.

It seems as if the uodate reduced the number of crowns you get by level 6.
1. Your friends list is most probably temporarily empty because of a bug. Could it be that you are experiencing this issue or is your list permanently empty? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Open-Friends-Contact-list-disappeared/td-p/6722732
2. The game disconnects from EA once in a while especially after updates. It is a good idea to check this out to be sure our games are connected to EA, etc.
3. I haven't noticed the difference in the number of crowns. Do you have screenshots?

While playing the showdown, I rarely got passed round 6 bit I had atleast 10 crowns where I could buy royal box.
Now when I play all three challenges, I do not have enough crowns to buy a box.
They reduced the number of crowns you get when you reach round 6.
I never gotten the grand prizes. I may not be able to get all the rewards. Bummer.
It was already hard for those who did not spend Simcash, simoleons, and so forth; just use the 30 sugar cubes.

I tried to play more but what is the point when I finally get 10 crowns, I get another color.
I really just can not play enough to get the grand prizes.
The other events, I was able to get grand prize. Oh wait, colors were not prizes then.
It is a shame when you have players who play everyday and still cannot open all the boxes or get the grand prizes. Just a shame.
@DBrick01Yes....well i am almost done but i probaly will need to invest a small pack of simcash on tuesday if i am missing the last box 🙄🙄🙄🙄 5 royal boxes left and i played free so far...well if i have a bit luck then it will work....
But i am guessing i will looooooose with the needed risk rounds....
Anyways i think 30 or 60 simcash are oki if i will fail....then it still was a cheap grand prize...

My game got reset for the photography career and spy event. I lost both after completing the event. It would be nice to get a rerun.
